Sintered ceramic materials is formed by Sintering method in this method ceramic powder particles heating to the green compact part to a high temperature below the melting point, when the material of the separate particles diffuse to the neighbouring powder particles.
FAFS Ceramic Filters are used for protection of Gas Turbines and reduction of emissions from environmentally - conscious Coal Fired, electric power stations.

Reusable by back washing followed by oven drying
Minimum pressure drop due to uniform pore structure
Ceramic elements can withstand temperatures upto 1000°C
Cartridges have high wall thickness (10-15 mm)
porosity upto 45% with filtration efficiency upto 1 micron
Our ceramic filters are also useful for catalyst recovery from aggressive chemicals like sulphuric acid etc.
